In compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations—including, where relevant, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)—we cannot maintain storage of your clients’ data without your explicit authorization and payment of the monthly data retention fee. By selecting “Retain My Data,” you authorize us to securely store your clients’ information for $27 per month in accordance with these laws and regulations.

If payment for data retention ceases, your data will remain stored for a grace period of thirty (30) days after the last paid invoice. Following this 30-day period, all retained data will be permanently deleted from our systems. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to export or otherwise secure any needed records prior to deletion and to comply with any recordkeeping obligations imposed by law. We do not provide legal advice, nor are we responsible for ensuring your compliance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
